Existing clients should copy their JBH Advisory Group engagement lead, who can usually resolve data questions faster than a platform ticket.
Security and vulnerability disclosure
To report a suspected vulnerability, a compromised account, or any security concern, write to jbhadmin@jbhadvisorygroup.com with “Security” in the subject line. We aim to acknowledge reports within one business day. Please do not test the vulnerability of the platform without prior written authorization, and please do not include client data in your report.
Hospital security and procurement teams evaluating JBH Pulse can request our security overview, vendor vetting questionnaire response, and insurance certificates from the same address.

For hospital network administrators
JBH Pulse is a browser-delivered application. No software is installed on endpoints and there is no inbound connection into your network. If users on your network cannot reach the platform, these are the hostnames to permit:

All traffic is HTTPS on port 443. Note that permitting only jbhpulse.com will load the page but leave sign-in broken, because authentication is served from a separate hostname.
The jbhpulse.com domain was registered in August 2026, so filters that block newly registered or newly observed domains may catch it on a time-based rule regardless of its category. We are happy to speak directly with your security team — write to jbhadmin@jbhadvisorygroup.com.
